Full-Time Administrative Assistant in our insurance division- $18-$24/hr depending on experience. Normal in office hours 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday-Friday, ½ hour lunch. Mandatory OT Oct 1st-Dec 7th.
Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and well-poised professional to represent our firm and administer processes primarily within the front office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and reactiveness in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Operations with administrative duties that benefit management, clients, and advisors
- Set and confirm appointments, create client profiles in CRM system, create and navigate workflows, email, record keeping, maintain calendars and office equipment
- Check-in clients, gather information, scan/copy/fax documents, offer refreshments
- Answer phone calls, explain our services and answer questions, update records
- Navigate websites, complete paperwork, submit applications, run prescription drug lists
- Maintain a clean work environment, stock supplies, run occasional errands, & walk dogs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a forward facing or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional attitude that shines and makes clients feel at ease.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate as part a team.
