About the Position
We are looking for a motivated insurance sales specialist who is eager to utilize a steady flow of leads to grow their income by building on our block of business. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in the insurance division of a leading wealth management firm based in Lancaster County, PA. You will represent an array of major insurance carriers and plans and have the satisfaction of providing great relief to our clients by helping them understand, compare and enroll in health insurance through the Pennie Marketplace as well as navigate the complexities of Medicare. The insurances offered include individual health, auxiliary plans, Medicare Supplement Plans, Part C Advantage Plans, and Part D Prescription Drug Plans. Your success in this role will be driven by your dedication to learning our proven business model, as well as your commitment to professionalism, motivation, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Place marketing calls to individuals
· Set in-office appointments
· Educate, enroll, and support clients year-round
· Coordinate with other insurance advisors to meet sales goals
· Stay up to date with current industry trends and coverage options
· Maintain active licensure and certification
What We’re Looking For
· Active PA Insurance License
· 2024/2025 Pennie and AHIP Certification
· 3 years of Sales Experience in any Industry
· Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills
· High level of professionalism and ethical conduct

On-Target Earnings
Base plus commission: $60,000 - $75,000
Position Location/Hours
Location: 3008 Columbia Avenue, Lancaster, PA (On-Site)
Normal Hours: Weekdays, 8-5, Tuesdays 8-6
Peak Season Hours: Monday-Thursday evenings (Oct-Feb 15th)
