Responsibilities :

  • Develop and build extremely reliable, scalable, and high-performing web applications for our clients.
  • Review and understand business requirements ensuring that development tasks are completed within the timeline provided and that issues are fully tested with minimal defects.
  • Collaborate with other developers to ensure that client needs are met at all times.
  • Work in a rapid and agile development process.
  • Implement good development and testing standards to ensure quality of deliverables.

Experience : 6-8 Years

Must Have :

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in developing web applications primarily in J2EE environment with development experience in J2EE, Hibernate, Spring, WebLogic / WebSphere.
  • Development of interfaces using SOAP / REST Web Services.
  • Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, GWT, Spring MVC).
  • Experience in the Spring Framework.
  • Excellent understanding of OOPS concepts and JAVA programming language.
  • Programming experience in relational platforms like MySQL, Oracle.
  • Understanding of latest technologies and tools in the Java / JEE space.
  • Strong technical knowledge of either J2EE application servers, databases.
  • Good hands-on technical skills, especially Linux Shell experience (e.g., curl, grep), testing tools (e.g., SoapUI, Postman), SQL, JIRA, Confluence.
  • Hands-on experience using Eclipse / IntelliJ IDEA, SVN, and GIT.
  • Sound analytical skills.
  • Experience with debugging and strict code reviews.
  • Experience in a wide range of computer operating systems and software with emphasis on installation, troubleshooting, upgrading, integration, and client / server operations is desired.
  • Experience working with APIs.
  • Good communication skills. Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong personal organization skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize job requirements.

    • Preferred :

  • If worked across teams (specifically on IoT & smart machines).
  • Experience in any frontend framework would be an add-on.
  • Must have work experience in developing highly available, fault-tolerant server applications.
