Wilmington boutique law firm is looking to expand its restructuring department, and has an immediate opening for an experienced Commercial Bankruptcy Paralegal. This position primarily involves filings and related activities in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Qualified candidates must have a high drive to meet deadlines, the confidence to bring issues forward and a strong attention to detail. Competency with electronic filing procedures (ECF) is strongly preferred, as is advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to communicate professionally with court personnel, clients and attorneys is a requirement. Candidates should possess a four year degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent education or experience. Compensation is market competitive and commensurate with experience.
