Landmark 24 Homes is currently hiring for a New Homes Sales Consultant
Landmark 24 Homes was founded in 2008 and is one of the largest builders in Southeast Georgia based out of Savannah. Landmark 24 Homes closes between 350-450 homes per year across our 14 communities. We are engaged in the development of our own subdivisions, and sales and construction of high-quality homes designed for nearly every type of new home buyer. Landmark 24 Homes also provides mortgage financing for our customers through Landmark 24 Mortgage.
Landmark 24 Homes is currently looking for New Home Sales Consultant. The right candidates’ primary responsibilities are to Responsibilities include responding to new home sales phone calls, emails, web, and chat inquiries and directs pre-qualified leads to the appropriate Sales Agent. Initiating and maintaining a follow up process via an online CRM platform. Maintaining documentation, weekly lead reports and client records. Participating in any required training.
To be successful as an Online Sales Consultant you should be highly organized, socially confident and possess strong customer service and communication skills.
Online Real Estate Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial lead follow-up through email and phone calls.
- Answering general sales calls and online inquires.
- Appointment scheduling.
- Maintaining long-term follow up processes.
- Managing a client database and preparing reports.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Online Real Estate Sales Assistant Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED; Degreed education preferred.
- GA Real Estate License
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse buyers, real estate agents and the sales team both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time, as well as prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new systems and platforms.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills to handle administrative tasks.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, but also follow the instruction the Sales Lead.
- Good computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Ability to upload photos, edit and manipulate information, and perform other web-based tasks.
- Sales experience and/or previous experience in Internet Sales or lead generation recommended.
**Must obtain a Georgia Real Estate license in the first 6 months of employment**
- Full-time in office. (Not a work at home or remote position)
- Salary commensurate with experience.
