The role requires the open mindset of working in a start-up environment, where we all do our part to advance our overall mission. The individual will work in a team environment. This Position is a Daytime Monday-Friday role with the ability to cover some off hour emergencies.

Scope Of Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Associate Director’s responsibilities include production planning, warehouse management, inventory control and material enrollment. These duties include:
- Own Clinical Supply Chain activities including but not limited to: new clinical product readiness; documentation generation and revisions; and distribution of clinical materials.
- Own Production scheduling activities including but not limited to collaboration with internal stakeholders (MFG, Facilities, Quality etc.), maintaining KPIs regarding Production and making capacity optimization recommendations.
- Generate and analyze data for planned versus actual; and production scheduling efficiency and effectiveness such as but not limited to optimization of equipment, order of operations, execution etc.
- Own Supply Chain Master Data in SAP including but not limited to Material Master Data (lead times, storage conditions etc.), Source Lists and Purchasing Info Records.
- Obtain vendor supporting documentation to support SC Master Data, where necessary.
- Become a SME on Supply Chain processes within and outside of SAP including but not limited to receiving, label printing, material transfers, material issuances, material enrollments, cycle counts and shipping.
- Collaborate on Supply Chain SOP revisions as well as contribute to new documents.
- Collaborate internally and externally with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Learn and adhere to workplace safety and applicable DOT and IATA regulations.
- HS diploma and 5 years of experience working in a cGMP role required
- Experience working with little supervision
- Ability to gown and gain entry to manufacturing areas
- Ability to wear appropriate PPE and the ability to lift over 50 lbs
- Experience working for a supply chain organization in a CGMP Biotech/Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment preferred
- Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
