What you'll Do in This Role to Add Value:
Landmark Builders is seeking a full time, highly experienced Commercial Construction Foreman for its commercial New Construction Division in the Winston-Salem, NC office.
Responsibilities:
- Onsite supervision of subcontractor personnel
- Ability to perform the general duties / work activities required of LMB’s field crew
- Onsite supervision of LMB’s personnel
- Possess the proper attitude and initiative for the position
- Understanding of LMB’s Safety Policy and ability to effectively manage
- Basic knowledge of plans and specifications
- Knowledge and implementation of LMB’s quality assurance and quality control program
- Knowledge and implementation of efficient construction methods
- Understanding of LMB’s cost control and scheduling
- 5 years of related experience
- Ability to manage a project, without an onsite superintendent, during start up or final completion
- Self-sufficiency to manage a small project
- Basic computer skills / understanding of LMB’s current technology
