To coordinate, plan, facilitate and close out all site development construction and ensure compliance with all regulatory environment requirements.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to construction areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as hard hats.
The noise level in the work environment is mild to moderate. The primary room environment contains ambient room temperatures and lighting as found in a typical office environment.
