Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee new home construction projects from start to finish.
This is a full-time position that requires presence in the field at all times during the workday. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring homes are built according to specifications, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all new-home construction phases and activities
- Schedule and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure homes meet quality and safety standards
- Supervise field employees and subcontractors
- Promote and enforce Company safety plan
Requirements:
- Ongoing knowledge of project management for construction trades
- OSHA-10 certification
- Valid Driver's license with good driving history
- Ability to lift and move 80 pounds
- Ability to plan and organize own activities and others
Work Environment:
The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding. You will be working outdoors in various weather conditions and may be exposed to noise, dust, and other environmental hazards.
The performance of this position requires the use of personal protective equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, and fall protection.
