UST, Inc. is a subsidiary of Gruppo Concorde, a leading tile manufacturer based in Italy. Landmark Ceramics is a state of the art tile manufacturing facility near Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee.

UST is currently looking for talented individuals to embark on an exciting journey related to our state of the art ceramic tile manufacturing facility located at 1427 N. Main Street Mt. Pleasant TN.
This position, will be part of a lab environment that performs quality control, process control and testing on all materials used in tile manufacturing as well as the finished products.
Lab Technician should have some college or certification from a technical college in Laboratory Technology or quality testing job experience. Must work independently, and take responsibility for the area of testing. Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Must follow testing schedules. Must be a strong team player. Must be very detail oriented.
Knowledge in any of the following areas a plus:
Use of Spectrometer. Quality testing methods. Use of all quality measurement tools. Use of computers (Microsoft programs and/or SAP type programs). Data entry and Data tracking.
Must be able to learn with hands on training. Strong written and organizational skills a must.
Working Conditions: work is typically performed in a manufacturing environment requiring the ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, stretch, twist and sit for at least 8-12 hours per day. Some lifting may be required during the natural progression of the day.
