Job Overview:
We are seeking a Skilled Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly line operations, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with manufacturing procedures.
This position is required to learn to operate equipment within their designated area on a higher level than an operator. This position will be expected to understand the ins and outs of the department.
The position uses HMIs and computers to operate fully automated equipment used in tile manufacturing and the use of HMIs to change over lines.
Must have 5 years of consistent manufacturing experience and stable work history, basic computer skills, proficient math skills. Some positions require the lifting of 50 pounds.
Basic Leadership experience is a plus.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and have full range of motion for
8-12 hours per day.
Work is conducted in a manufacturing setting.
