Landmark Collision Center needs to hire a Customer Service Representative, to greet customers, answer incoming calls, and perform administrative tasks to support our daily operations. Clerical, Office experience is preferred. Experience working in a collision center, auto body repair shop is helpful. We value our employees and invest in their success!
As one of the premier body shop and collision centers in the Atlanta GA area, we ensure that vehicles are repaired correctly the first time. Our state-of-the-art Collision Center allows us to do repairs that other body shops cannot perform.
Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities – Customer Service Rep:
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer incoming calls, direct, or take messages. Distribute mail.
- Schedule appointments, obtain customer and vehicle data for collision center estimators
- Perform administrative tasks to support the Collision Center, Body Shop's daily operations
- Assist with rental car
- Use the highest standard in professionalism with customers, insurance representatives, vendors, and associates
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index rating comparable to that of the manufacturer or dealership average
- Maintain work area in an orderly and clean manner
Qualification/Requirements – Customer Service Rep:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Auto Body Shop, Collision Center CSR Admin experience is preferred
- Administrative, clerical, office experience is preferred
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Good computer skills including Word, Excel, etc.
- Valid driver's license
