Landmark Automotive has been in business for 40 years We’re family owned We are the Volume leader in the state We offer great benefits We offer : Top pay in the area $23 - $26 per hour based on experience We pay more for your experience Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 401(k) plan with matching Supplemental insurance options Employee discounts on products, services, and vehicle purchases Employer paid time off Employee referral program Career advancement opportunities and promotions from within Paid Training Long-term and short-term disability Charity and community outreach opportunities Family-owned and operated A solid history of employee tenure Responsibilities – Body Shop Technician : Repair all assigned vehicles Restore damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition, following the written repair order Process repairs with speed and ensure quality and customer satisfaction Approach repair planning with a sense of urgency and attention to detail to avoid waste and rework later in the process De-trim and disassemble vehicles, putting parts on parts carts Perform pre-pulls to make repair vs. replace decisions Assist in identifying and sourcing parts as necessary Use good judgement in determining when damaged parts can be safely repaired for cost and cycle-time savings Help maintain parts-materials carts in an organized manner Qualifications / Requirements – Body Shop Technician : Knowledge of manufacturers’ repair processes Body Shop Technician experience REQUIRED Must maintain a valid state driver’s license Ability to lift, push, pull over 50 pounds Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
