Repair all assigned vehiclesRestore damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition, following the written repair orderProcess repairs with speed and ensure quality and customer satisfactionApproach repair planning with a sense of urgency and attention to detail to avoid waste and rework later in the processDe-trim and disassemble vehicles, putting parts on parts cartsPerform pre-pulls to make repair vs. replace decisionsAssist in identifying and sourcing parts as necessaryUse good judgement in determining when damaged parts can be safely repaired for cost and cycle-time savingsHelp maintain parts-materials carts in an organized mannerQualifications / Requirements Body Shop Technician :
