Role Description
Join our growing team as a Concrete Superintendent, where you will lead and oversee all field aspects of various concrete construction projects. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment. In this role, you will:
- Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage crews to ensure they are focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Manage budgets and timelines and track daily labor and material costs
- Read specifications, such as blueprints, to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures.
- Locate, measure, and mark site locations or placement of structures or equipment, using measuring and marking equipment.
- Communicate updates and impacts to the General Superintendent and Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concrete Superintendent or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple crews
- Ability to work independently under pressure to meet internal and client project deadlines without compromising quality.
- Professionalism in conducting interactions with customers, office staff, and crew.
- Strong analytical ability, quantitative and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to stoop, bend, and stand for extended periods
Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
