Essential Duties and Responsibilities

:• Work with project teams to coordinate and create takeoffs for various types of construction project

s• Review project documents, plans, and specifications to identify material and labor requirement

s• Utilize takeoff software to determine quantities of materials, labor, and equipment needed for a projec

t• Prepare accurate estimates for site work and utility project

s• Assist with budget analysis for project materials and labo

r• Assist in the preparation of estimates and bids for project

s• Provide technical support to project teams when neede
