We are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our Preconstruction/Estimating team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of construction experience, with a strong understanding of bid processes and procedures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the bid process, including preparing required forms, managing timelines, and coordinating subcontractors. They will also assist with research, preparation of statements of qualifications, and bid document tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Preconstruction/Estimating team to facilitate the bid process
- Manage bids and proposals, including research and coordination
- Assist with statement of qualifications preparation
- Track and distribute bid documents
- Coordinate with subcontractors
- Review bids and bidders for compliance
- Maintain good subcontractor relationships
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of construction experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft Office and SmartBidNet
