Job Description
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of construction experience
- Understanding of construction plans
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitating the bid process with the Preconstruction/Estimating team
- Preparing required forms for bids and proposals
- Managing bid and proposal timelines, subcontractor coordination, and document tracking and distribution
- Maintaining good relationships with subcontractors and the community
