This involves working closely with project managers, estimators, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of bid documents. Key responsibilities include researching bid opportunities, managing bid documentation, and coordinating subcontractor meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Manage bid documents, track bid timelines, and ensure compliance with bid requirements. Research and identify potential bid opportunities and develop strategies for improving bid performance.
Requirements:
3-5 years of construction experience, prior experience in preconstruction or bid roles, strong organizational, time management, and Microsoft Office skills. Experience working with general contractors, SmartBidNet, or Salesforce is highly desirable.
