We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our Preconstruction/Estimating team at Landmark Construction (Rocklin). The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of construction experience and a strong understanding of bid processes and procedures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bids and proposals, assisting with statement of qualifications preparation, and tracking and distributing bid documents. They will also coordinate with subcontractors and review bids and bidders for compliance.
