Event Manager

Landmark Event Co. is the premiere event venue and catering company in the Seattle area, with seven unique venues and offsite catering by award-winning Herban Feast. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Event Manager to join our event team to support the growth of our beautiful spaces. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, producing, and coordinating events with exceptional attention to detail at one of our venues located in Seattle, WA. Your ability to efficiently manage event activities, while providing outstanding customer service and ensuring flawless execution, will be crucial to the success of our events.

About the Role

• Utilize effective communication skills to assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email to address pre-booking and post-booking inquiries promptly while ensuring a seamless booking process for new clients.
• Take charge of scheduling planning meetings, meticulously covering essential aspects such as floor plans, timelines, and catering details for each event.
• Participate in quarterly open houses, arrange private tastings, and provide insights into Landmark Catering offerings.
• Collect upcoming payments and event details on time, ensuring seamless organization and execution.
• Manage event rental orders, collaborate with leadership for procurement, and oversee overall equipment and supply needs.
• All other duties as assigned based on the needs of the client and team.

About You

• 2 years of event coordination/management and/or catering experience.
• Demonstrated time and calendar management skills with the ability to multitask and flourish in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; works well under pressure and thrives on meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with high proficiency in Google Suite; experience with HubSpot and/or CaterEase software programs is a plus.
• An in-depth understanding of catering and event execution processes.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour
