This Shipping & Receiving Associate role is responsible for the shipping and receiving of company inventory and materials. This role performs routine and manual duties in a warehouse/yard environment and verifies and keeps records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Essential Functions:
- Organize materials and equipment, work with loading and unloading shipments, operate material moving equipment, understand/work with shipping logs and ship lists within time constraints.
- Must have a good working knowledge of parts and materials being shipped. Assemble and pack products, identify shipping information for ship lists and logs and identifying shipping information for skids or other storage devices in an accurate manner. Verifies shipment information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
- Operates material moving equipment such as forklifts or hand trucks to convey, move or hoist materials to proper areas.
- Must be able to understand quality standards, methods and reporting as required. To understand and complete labor or time sheets accurately.

- High School diploma or GED.
- One year of shipping & receiving experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- A valid Driver's License.
