We are currently seeking a part time BDC specialist to work Friday through Sunday. Our Business Development Center (BDC) Employees will be responsible for monitoring internet and phone leads and providing client follow-up. You must be a customer-service oriented individual with excellent organization skills in order to manage incoming customers leads. You must also be comfortable making phone calls and sending emails to prospective clients on a regular schedule. Previous auto sales experience is NOT required but if experienced with BDC or call center it's a PLUS. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming calls and schedule sales appointments off those calls.
- Log ALL customer attempts and comments into the CRM and schedule follow up calls.
- Confirm scheduled appointments.
- Re-schedule no show customer appointments.
- Follow-up with sales department to find out about appointment and the outcome.
- Purify and update customers changes in database.
- Contact customer base on current marketing incentives.
- Respond to customer website requests (internet inquiries).
- Contact internet clients via email, text, and phone to schedule sales appointments.
- Notify necessary departments of appointments set.
- Follow internet leads from lead receipt to vehicle delivery.
- Forward any customer concerns to the correct department manager and follow up.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum one year of call center experience; dealership experience highly desired
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Highly professional and dependable
- Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
