STATUS: Non Exempt Full Time
HOURS: Full Time - Hours vary depending on activity schedule
JOB SUMMARY:
The Activity-Guest Experience Creator is responsible for implementing and overseeing all planned resort activities for our owners and guests to ensure they have the best experience possible at Landmark Resort. Landmark Resort prides itself in providing an excellent level of personalized service to all. A high level of integrity and exceptional customer service skills must be maintained in order to attend to our guests’ needs in a professional manner.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
The Activity-Guest Experience Creator position requires a high energy level person with a positive, upbeat and a friendly personality is a MUST. This person must convey a promotional demeanor utilizing a friendly and approachable attitude to engage owners and guests. You need to be able and comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with normal activities. Must be well organized and display excellent customer service behavior at all times. Possess the ability to get along with owners, guests, and employees, AGM, GM, (and others with diverse personalities) and be tactful, mature and responsible at all times
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may work outside and be exposed to water, fumes, chemicals, solvents, oils or airborne particles, cleaning supplies, changing weather conditions and risk of radiation. The noise level is created by machinery, car noise, light foot traffic, and occasionally office equipment noise such as computers, printers, calculators, phones, etc. The work environment is that of a typical Florida beach resort surroundings, including but not limited to working in the hot summer heat, humidity, light rain, occasional cool temperatures, working inside condos plus encountering multiple noise levels created by owners, guests and other people out and around on the beach area.
