Requirements:
We are looking for candidates experienced in client meetings, menu development, and follow-through. The ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and a genuine passion for hospitality are essential. Experience working with brides-to-be and corporate clients is highly desirable. Wednesday through Sunday work availability is a must.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL
- Must have 3 years Event selling experience in a upscale, fine dining event spaces
- Must be passionate about events and hospitality
- Must have experience and/or knowledge of event management driven software such as Tripleseat
- Must be proficient in MS Office (word, excel, etc)
- Personable demeanor and ability to deliver memory-making hospitable service
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to work with and collaborate effectively with third party vendors to execute events per the client
- Professional demeanor, polished appearance with the ability to exceed guest's expectations
- Ability to work in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and client-focused approach
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
