Landmark Hotel Group is seeking a Sales Manager for the Comfort Inn South Oceanfront located at 8031 Old Oregon Inlet Rd., Nags Head, NC 27959.
Expectations:
- Demonstrated sales ability
- Possess a "Do it now" and "Yes I can" approach
- "Guest first" approach
- Outgoing, inquisitive personality
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated closing skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Maintain Top Accounts
- Prospect business for the pipeline and hit list
- Direct Sales Calls in the market
- Handle Group Bookings & Inquiries
- Send out contracts to verify rooms and meeting space commitments
Qualifications:
- Commensurate or transfer skill set is primary importance
- Good attitude and work ethic practices in order to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.
- Operational/Service background or orientation
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage (catering)
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required
