Landscape Design Build Technician Summary

The Design Build Technician plays a pivotal role in executing various landscape and hardscape projects focusing on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role involves a diverse range of tasks such as excavation, grading, paving, stone wall installation, planting, and pruning along with general masonry and carpentry work.

Key Responsibilities for the Design Build Technician

Operate and maintain a variety of landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.

Deliver high-end customer service to all clients.

Keep all tools, trailers and vehicles clean and organized.

Execute tasks with a strong attention to detail, ensuring the accurate and precise implementation of design plans.

Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients to ensure project success.

General landscape maintenance Including, but not limited to planting and transplanting, watering and pruning.

General hardscape installation and maintenance procedures including but not limited to :

Installation of milled and natural stone patios

Construction of a variety of stone walls : Seat walls, boulder walls, engineered retaining walls, dry-stacked

Grading

Cement work

General masonry and carpentry

Qualifications

Previous experience in landscape construction and installation is preferred.

Basic knowledge of landscape design principles and elements.

Proficiency in operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, lifting, digging, and working outdoors in various weather conditions for long durations.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
