PRN Memory Charge Nurse

About the Role:

As a Charge Nurse in our healthcare facility, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of patient care. You will be expected to lead by example and provide guidance and support to your team. Minimum Qualifications:

• Active nursing license
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in nursing or related field
• Certification in a nursing specialty
• Experience in a charge nurse or nurse manager role
• Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and managing the nursing staff
• Ensuring that all patients receive the highest quality of care
• Developing and implementing care plans for patients
• Maintaining accurate patient records
