Charge Nurse

About the Role:

As a Charge Nurse in our healthcare facility, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of patient care. Minimum Qualifications:

• Active nursing license
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in nursing or related field
• Certification in a nursing specialty
• Experience in a charge nurse or nurse manager role
• Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and managing the nursing staff
• Ensuring that all patients receive the highest quality of care
• Developing and implementing care plans for patients
• Maintaining accurate patient records
