Apartment Maintenance (Part Time 20 hours per week)

We are seeking an experienced LIVE ON-SITE Apartment Maintenance person for a 24 unit property in Camp Verde. Part-Time (20 Hours per week) Monday through Friday and on-call for emergencies

Compensation is $1,500 per month.

Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Painting
• Plumbing
• Cleaning
• Grounds

Maintenance Qualifications:

• Maintenance Experience (3 years)
• Able to do Painting and Light Plumbing
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,500.00 per month
