What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance PART TIME (22 hours/week) position at Landmark Management Group, Inc.?
PART-TIME Maintenance person needed for our 28 unit apartment complex in Wickenburg. Work 22 hours/week Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 am to 5 pm. LIVE ON-SITE a requirement.
Compensation = monthly salary plus free 2 bedroom apartment and paid utilities.
Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Painting
- Light Plumbing
- Cleaning
- Grounds
Maintenance Qualifications:
- Maintenance Experience (3 years)
- Able to do Painting and Light Plumbing
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,650.00 per month
