We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance person for a 40 unit property in Bullhead City. Part-Time (29 Hours per week) Monday through Friday and on-call for emergencies
Compensation is $1,950 per month.
Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Painting
- Plumbing
- Cleaning
- Grounds
Maintenance Qualifications:
- Maintenance Experience (3 years)
- Able to do Painting and Light Plumbing
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,950.00 per month
