Landmark Management Group is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated groundskeeper/porter for a luxury apartment community in Tomball, TX.
The right candidate will be:
- Customer Service Oriented
- Meticulous and Detail oriented to maintain clean property grounds and curb appeal
- Able lift up to 50LBS without assistance
- Able to work outside in different elements
- Knowledgeable and Skilled in safe use of power tools and hand tools, example: Power Washer.
Your Day might consist of:
- Inspecting Community Grounds throughout the day to remove litter/debris and ensure common areas are clean
- Clean and Maintain Trash Receptical Areas
- Remove trash and remaining items to start the make-ready process
- Power Washing Buildings, Breezeways and Common Areas
