Landmark Management Solutions is a New England based owner, operator and management services provider dedicated to the Seniors Housing & Rehabilitative Care Industry with a concentration and specialized resource capacity in the skilled nursing sector.
Landmark is currently looking to add a Junior Accountant to its Finance Department. The successful candidate must be able to multi-task while meeting time sensitive deadlines. The position will report directly to the Controller and will serve as an important financial resource to the Owner and CFO as well as the Corporate Management and Center Operations Teams.
This is a fulltime, thirty-two (32) hours per week, in office position.
Some of the Junior Accountant Responsibilities Include :
- Primarily responsible for accounts payable processing for all five centers and related business needs.
- Responsible for the overall coding and vouching of Central AP invoices. This includes assisting the facilities AP process.
- Maintains W9 files and updates accordingly.
- Reconciles vendor statements to open accounts payable.
- Work with the center and vendor to resolve open AP invoice matters and vendor concerns.
- Check cutting responsibilities for all centers.
- Assists bank and outside auditors with year-end engagement and other special engagements.
- Month end close for assigned entities including preparation of related journal entries and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Other related tasks or duties as assigned.
