Accounting Clerk
Established and growing Property Management company seeking Part Time Accounting Clerk to assist our Property Management team in Mankato MN.
Accounting Clerk Job Responsibilities:
- Supervises Accounts Receivable and Account collection
- Coordinates Accounts Payable.
- Maintains accounting records by making copies and filing documents.
- Reconciles bank statements.
- Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer and processing backups.
- Completes month end reporting.
- Assists in budget development.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Work Hours Part time position with Flex Time/Work from Home potential. Position could easily grow to Full Time.
Accounting Clerk Qualifications/Skills:
- Familiarity with financial software such as Quickbooks
- Experience with Property Management software (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Reporting skills
- Typing proficiency
- Organization, attention to detail, productivity, and dependability
- Previous accounting experience or education is required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
