We are seeking an experienced Teller to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a productive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, providing prompt, accurate, and confidential banking transactions while building lasting relationships with customers
- Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality, working within a team environment where individuals are trusted to work independently
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and bank associates, promoting bank products and services using a proven format
- Provide efficient, safe, and confidential service to customers, adhering to all compliance requirements and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience
- Advanced communication and customer service skills
- Intermediate level of understanding of basic personal computer programs (Internet, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
