What You'll Do
You'll provide top-notch customer service by greeting customers with a smile, addressing their needs promptly and accurately, and resolving concerns efficiently. You'll develop relationships with customers and colleagues, support customer and bank success, and implement regulatory requirements and procedures.
- Complete bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and foreign currency exchange.
- Maintain and balance cash drawer levels and assist with vault balancing.
- Implement all regulatory requirements and procedures related to transactions.
- Promote bank products and services using a 7-step conversation approach.
- Manage professional improvement through Quarterly Job Progress Plan and meet performance targets.
- Engage in company culture initiatives and team success activities.
- Represent the bank well in the community.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
