Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Teller and contribute to our mission of serving our customers and communities with integrity, respect, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues through regular communication and collaboration.
• Support customer and bank success by completing banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Maintain cash drawer levels and assist in vault balancing to ensure accuracy and security.
• Implement regulatory requirements and procedures related to transactions and stay up-to-date on assigned training courses.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• You must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and revenue goals.
