Key Responsibilities For The Landscape Professional

Installation:

• Assist in the design and construction of new landscapes.
• Install trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, ornamental grasses, sod, and other landscape elements.
• Perform hardscaping tasks such as installing pavers, retaining walls, and outdoor structures.
• Operate excavation and grading equipment for site preparation.
• Ensure proper drainage and soil conditions for plant growth.
  
  

General Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety guidelines and best practices in landscaping.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
  
  

Qualifications:

• All experience levels are welcomeentry-level to experienced professionals.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong physical stamina for lifting, bending, and other labor-intensive tasks.
• Landscape installation knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• A valid drivers license, with a clean driving record, is preferred. Please disclose any driving violations or restrictions, if applicable.
• Certifications in landscaping, horticulture, or construction are a plus.
