Key Responsibilities For The Landscape Maintenance Professional

Maintenance:

• Perform routine lawn and landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning.
• Inspect and maintain irrigation systems to ensure efficient watering.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments to enhance plant health.
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery.
• Identify and address plant health concerns.
  
  

General Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety guidelines and best practices in landscaping.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
  
  

Qualifications:

• All experience levels are welcomeentry-level to experienced professionals.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong physical stamina for lifting, bending, and other labor-intensive tasks.
• Landscape maintenance installation knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• A valid drivers license, with a clean driving record, is preferred. Please disclose any driving violations or restrictions, if applicable.
• Certifications in landscaping, horticulture, or construction are a plus.
