Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating patient care activities within our facility. This position offers the opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients in need.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring and training new team members
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadersh
