Are you looking for a dynamic seasonal position that allows you to interact with people and be an integral part of a thriving property management community? Look no further! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Front Desk team as Showing/Inspection Agents for the period of now, through September 2025.
Position Type: Seasonal, Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer-focused showings of rental units to potential tenants.
- Assist in rental unit inspections to facilitate rental unit turns.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and addressing concerns professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with the Front Desk and property Manager teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Access to a reliable vehicle.
- Active driver's license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Prior experience in customer service or property management is a plus.
Pay Rate: $19-$21 per hour, commensurate with experience.
