Landmark Recovery operates Residential Treatment Programs for individuals with Substance Abuse Disorder. Your Role & Responsibilities: As a MAP, you’ll be essential to ensuring the well-being and safety of our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring patient vital signs and assisting with medication administration.
• Observing and documenting self-administration of medication according to protocols.
• Responding to medical emergencies, providing support to the nurse as needed.
• Safeguarding on-site narcotics to prevent theft or misuse.
• Leading patient community meetings when needed in the absence of a Patient Engagement Specialist.
• Performing all other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting (especially in chemical dependency treatment).
• A strong passion for helping individuals overcome substance abuse issues.
• CMA or QMAP certificate preferred or willing to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certified.
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records.

Physical Demands: This position requires the ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds. You'll also need to sit, talk, hear, reach with your hands and arms, and occasionally walk and use hands to handle or feel.
