Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm with on call responsibilities for emergencies
Compensation:

Landmark Recovery operates Residential Treatment Programs for individuals with Substance Abuse Disorder. We seek not merely to restore sobriety, but to transform our patients’ worlds from a state of everlasting darkness to vibrant technicolor. Responsibilities
The Clinical Director oversees all clinical & counseling elements of the Treatment Program; is responsible for implementing, overseeing, and improving all aspects of the Treatment Protocol in line with applicable regulations, including Joint Commission standards for Substance Abuse Residential Treatment facilities. Our Clinical Director:
- Oversees a staff of individual and group therapy addiction therapists
- Meets with addiction therapists to provide clinical supervision
- Implements, reviews, and regularly improves Clinical Treatment Protocol to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices
- Implements, reviews, and regularly improves Family Program to ensure active family participation in each patient’s recovery
- Oversees and actively improves fitness, enrichment, chapel and/or other ancillary programs designed to complement Clinical Treatment Protocol
- Coordinates all outside speakers and guest lecturers included in the Treatment Protocol
- Reviews Biopsychosocial Evaluations and Individualized Treatment Plans
- Participates in weekly Treatment Team meetings to evaluate progress of all patients and make recommendations for adjustments to Treatment Plans
- Serves as “Manager on Call” periodically as assigned by Administrator
- Conducts both Individual Patient Therapy Sessions and Group Therapy Sessions as staffing limitations necessitate
- Supervises including interviewing, hiring, and training of employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; and addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Performs all other tasks assigned by supervisor
- Works cooperatively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies
- Reports directly to the Executive Director
Qualifications
- Active independent state licensure in social work or counseling and Mental Health.
- MS/MA or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or equivalent field
- 2 years of managerial experience
- Must complete state approved course of at least 12 hours of specialized training in clinical supervision within 6 months of start date
- Familiarity with Joint Commission standards and accreditation process strongly preferred
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Commitment to drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use is essential
- Authorization to work in the US is required
