Landmark School is interviewing candidates for a per diem school nurse position.
Staff Nurse Responsibilities:
-Provide direct nursing care to students including first aid, emergency response, and management of chronic conditions.
-Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed guidelines and school policies.
-Maintain and update student health records, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations.
-Collaborate with parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals to support student health and well-being.
-Support school-wide health and safety initiatives, including infection control and emergency preparedness.
-Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with emergency medical services when necessary.
Summary
-Per Diem day/evening shifts (7:00-3:00pm or 3:00pm-10:00pm) as needed
-Per Diem weekend shifts as needed (10:00am to 10:00pm)
