Job Overview
Landmark Vacation Rentals, a premier short-term rental vacation management company, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contracted 1099 Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our vacation rental properties, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for our guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities
- Property Cleaning: Clean and sanitize all areas of vacation rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces.
- Laundry Services: Wash, dry, fold, and restock linens and towels as needed.
- Supply Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and guest amenities, ensuring all necessary items are available for guest use.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct final inspections of properties to ensure cleanliness standards are met and report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
- Inventory Management: Keep an inventory of all cleaning supplies and report low stock levels to management.
- Guest Readiness: Ensure properties are guest-ready by arranging furniture, setting up welcome amenities, and performing final touch-ups as needed.
- Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in professional cleaning, housekeeping, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills to report issues and collaborate with the team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and moving objects.
