Responsibilities
- Sell products and promote other services to meet customer needs.
- Supply Service Technicians with parts as required.
- Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
- Assist with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations.
- Responsible for timely processing of inter-store transfer requests.
- Assist in keeping the Parts Department clean and organized.
- Maintain inventory integrity by verifying receipting-in of shipments and assisting with placing parts orders in their proper inventory locations; assisting in cycle counts; following up on inventory discrepancies/shortages and expediting issues by reporting to supervisor.
- Assist in maintaining and ensuring all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order.
- Responsible for other duties as assigned by Parts/Store Manager.
