- Leadership & Supervision : Lead, mentor, and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and operators on-site to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Project Execution : Ensure tasks are completed in accordance with project design, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Quality Control : Enforce quality control procedures to guarantee that all work meets specifications and industry standards.
- Safety Management : Implement all safety protocols and regulations and carry out inspections to ensure a secure and safe work environment.
- Resource Coordination : Coordinate the delivery and usage of materials, equipment, and tools to optimize project efficiency.
- Daily Preparation : Prepare in advance by securing the essential tools, materials, and equipment required to commence each workday without delay.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked for each project.
- Team Training : Train team members in essential asphalt operation skills, including :
- Spreader operation and maintenance.
- Correct roller techniques.
- Shovel and rake techniques to achieve smooth and efficient asphalt placement.
