Customer Service Representative
An excellent company based out of Pensacola is looking to bring in a Customer Service Representative to join their team and help complete a variety of manual tasks with a friendly crew. Job Responsibilities :
- Follow up with all client / employee requests through phone, email and text to assure that customer needs and problems are properly communicated and resolved.
- Assist applicants with the completion of the application and onboarding processes.
- Verify accuracy and completion of application packets including the certification of the I-9 Form.
- Processes I-9 forms for employment eligibility through DHS E-Verify program, including maintenance of tentative non-confirmation.
- Processes Outsourcing requests, provides results to clients, and initiates client invoicing.
- Properly distribute pay cards through identification verification (picture ID).
- Operate office equipment such as copiers and computers.
- Works on multiple projects on an on-going basis.
- Take initiative to examine and redesign workflow to better utilize resources and promote process improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.
