Legal Administrative Assistant

What you’ll be doing to make an impact:
- Under general supervision, performing administrative support duties utilizing legal terms
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence in a proper legal format.
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivables
- Managing numerous tracking/diary systems and calendars including Microsoft Outlook.
- Preparing and processing mail to clients and attorneys.
- Strong Telephone Skills
- Maintaining mail log for incoming mail.
- Scanning incoming mail/documents.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Legal experience preferred but not required
- Previous office experience required
- Strong computer proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel), document management, and time entry software
- Willing to learn WordPerfect, Adobe, and various other programs.
- A reliable and dependable worker
- A team player
- This position is full-time, starting at $18-20/hour
- A regular schedule of Monday through Friday, overtime available
